- Standard drum shell is mild steel with zinc plating and ECO mark.
- Food grade shell uses 304 stainless steel.
- Standard cylinder surface can be processed with non-slip roller.
Gear Drive
- High alloy steel grinding gear supports ultra-low-noise transmission.
- Aluminum gear box.
- Heavy-load electric roller adopts planetary gear transmission.
Motor
- 50Hz or 60Hz universal-voltage operation.
- Motor insulation class F.
- Additional overheat protector.
- Oil-immersed motor cooling.
- Cable outlet length is 1.2m.
Seal and Lubrication
- Double shaft-end seal design.
- Drum motor sealing protection level is IP66/IP67.
- Electric roller is factory-oiled before delivery.
- Oil change interval is every 5000 running hours.
Options
- Horizontal installation is standard.
- Electromagnetic brake can be equipped.
- Belt speed and tube length can be produced according to customer requirements.
- Non-standard electric rollers can be produced according to customer requirements.
Mechanical Parameter Tables
